Install a matching tip and press the volume adjustment button to set the required value.
Hold the pipette vertically, press the piston button to the first stop, immerse the tip 2-3mm in the liquid, and slowly release the button to aspirate liquid.
Move to the target container, press the piston button to the second stop to dispense liquid, then lift the pipette and press the tip eject button to remove the tip.
After use, reset the volume to the maximum and store it vertically.
